"Yes, he did a very poor job.Have bubbles in my linnon , which is a trip hazard called , and he wanted to only give me half the money , I paid , i'm out and all the Material, including None, no Liam and glue witch. I paid for myself which the nanoum itself was probably 2:50 to $300, and he only wanted to give me $300 back, I think this is unfair. He also was on the phone to another customer. Making excuses why he couldn't get hers done today. When I called him and he told me he could give me $400. He was using profanity.\n And just like me, Hanging.\n Would not hire him obviously because he has poor skills and don't get the job done right or don't complete jobs. And take somebody else's"

Since then, I've heard very little from the company. I contacted them in early January and was told "4 or 5 more weeks", again in early Feb.and told "a few more weeks". Today is March 27 and I contacted them again and was told they're making good progress on their backlog but no estimate was available. I understand that weather delays happen but we're now at about 20 weeks out from the original contract date and they can't provide an estimate which I find unreasonable. Further, I find it poor customer service that I have to continually check in with them for schedule updates, rather than them informing me when they have another delay. I'm still hopeful their product is good if/when it actually gets installed."
