"I signed a contract with LeafGuard on Nov 15, 2017 as well as paid a deposit for service. At the time, I was told that the installation back log was "6-9 weeks". Since then, I've heard very little from the company. I contacted them in early January and was told "4 or 5 more weeks", again in early Feb.and told "a few more weeks". Today is March 27 and I contacted them again and was told they're making good progress on their backlog but no estimate was available. I understand that weather delays happen but we're now at about 20 weeks out from the original contract date and they can't provide an estimate which I find unreasonable. Further, I find it poor customer service that I have to continually check in with them for schedule updates, rather than them informing me when they have another delay. I'm still hopeful their product is good if/when it actually gets installed."

When soffits aren’t vented, the airflow can’t infiltrate your attic space which results in stale air trapped inside. Over time—sometimes very quickly—that trapped air can result in a moisture sink, causing rapidly growing mold issues throughout the home.
