"We have an older home with older ductwork. We had Spencer and Brayton out and they cleaned and sealed our ductwork. They did a great job. Professional, great communication, attention to detail. They reduced our air leakage by 86%. We noticed an immediate difference in improved airflow, our cold spots are no longer cold spots. Thanks!"

"Went well. Anell is easy to talk to & schedule cleanings"

"They were very nice, thorough and cleaned up after themselves and when they realized it needed to be cleaned again they came back and did so."

"We had our first cleaning thru Heartland. Teka was punctual, professional. We've used cleaning services in the past, and this was the best yet. Excellent and very thorough job. she was friendly and listened to our cleaning priorities, then went above and beyond. Very happy with her and Heartland."

"I’ve used Green’s many times over the past 18+ years (furnace, AC, etc.) and have always received great service. I was just at my mother’s house to let the technician in to repair her stove. They called me approximately 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know we were next up for service, and then again when the technician was on his way. They also sent me a text with an introduction to the technician (including a photo) so I would know who to look for. When Ty arrived at the door, he put booties on over his work boots to keep the carpet clean, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. He figured out the problem quickly and gave me a price (down to the penny, including tax) for the work before replacing the igniter. He fixed the stove and even cleaned up the burners so they would work better. This company is extremely professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Emily has been cleaning our house weekly for over a year. She is such a sweet person and has truly been such a blessing for our family. She does a great job and I highly recommend you give her a chance."
