Done in one day, very clean throughout and after the work, reasonably priced compared to other contractors, great communication before, during and after.

There are now hundreds of nails sticking through into my parents sunroom, and they are doing nothing to fix it. They had a gorgeous wood ceiling, not a flaw after 2 new roofs over the past 30 years. Premier came out, and used the wrong length of nail, now the ceiling is speckled with nails, and bits of wood blown out. It's been four months, and it's still there. We checked with multiple other roofers, all of whom said independently that the solution is to rip off this roof and install a new one with shorter nails. It's just one part of the roof, so it would only be a small job for a roofing company to fix, but they aren't doing it.

They showed up in a timely manner and was very professional and knowledgeable. Wrote out the estimate. They showed up and they were payed after they were done with the roof. I had to call again to have them come and do the gutters. After a couple of months I received a check from the insurance company payable to them and me for way more than it should be. I called the adjuster and had him send me the information Premier used to bill them. They submitted for payment for things they didn't even do. It took several emails and phone calls to get it sorted out. Then 5 months later I get the final invoice from Premier for way more than what I thought should be owed. They are trying to have me pay for my house decking twice. It was already listed in the first estimate. I should't have to pay for their mistake.
