I also needed additional black dirt brought in to make it perfect. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Will. He let me know what time they would get to my job and everything that was going on during the work process. This is something that a lot of contractors just fail to do in my past experiences. They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! "It didn’t go! On the Handy app it kept saying that they hadn’t found a pro yet to do my job. Then on the day that I had asked them to start I was informed she had to cancel because of an emergency! What?? I didn’t even know anyone was hired? She would come the next day. All this was being done on the app or by email. No phone calls. I canceled the whole thing. Unfortunately they charged by checking account and now I have a credit for a service that I will not being using. Am not happy with Handy"
