"Titan did a magnificent job on my property during the past week. I needed the following done: Grading work on my 3 acre property and three different types of rocks delivered. I also needed additional black dirt brought in to make it perfect. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Will. He let me know what time they would get to my job and everything that was going on during the work process. This is something that a lot of contractors just fail to do in my past experiences. They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! Lastly, customer service could not be better. They (Will and Tim) stayed with the job until I was completely satisfied. Always keeping a great attitude no matter how many questions I asked. Even going the extra nine yards finishing the job better than I expected. "

"Jayden, T.J., Marty and Kyle were excellent installers for our window. I've waited a long time for this window and it was so worth it. It feels so clean and bright and I don't even want to shut the shutters. Dust Bunny even stopped by to ensure that we were happy. It's a very hot day and I felt bad for them working in the heat, but they were quick and patient and happy that we were happy."

"Over 6 months after the initial window install before I finally have a fully installed and functioning window system. I did the 12 months 0% financing, so they got their money up front through the loan company and I had no leverage to get the project completed. The sales rep was pushy about signing the paperwork that day to lock in a discounted rate. Broken windows were repeatedly not fixed and kept having to reach out to corporate to get anything to move. No english from the installation crew who left a mess outside my house. Large wood pieces, aluminum, broken glass, old window springs, and spray foam were left scattered around my yard. Wrong replacement materials were ordered by the project manager further delaying my project. Constantly had to reach out to corporate to keep everything moving as the local office could've cared less. Multiple late arrivals for scheduled appointments with out warning. Completely unacceptable service."

"I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines."

"This was the worst experience ever. This company sent defective materials to complete the job months after I requested the job to be done, then left me with a non-functioning shower for more than 5 weeks. Find a different company this company is worthless!!!"
