My name is Gary Tallman, and I am a semi-retired General Construction Remodeling Contractor of 35 years to Eastern Iowa. We are the home of the perfect install. A few years ago I decided to slow down a little and to simplify things a bit. We did this by narrowing our business advertising focus to primarily market for the repair and replacement of residential and commercial doors, windows, and skylights. "They could not finish the job in a day and left material on that blew off in high winds and a storm that night. We awoke to leaks in the house and garage. They finished the job. After the 2-year limited warranty expired we have been plagued by a leak. We have had 3 other roofers look at it. The belief is that after the rain Lastime didn't replace what was wet and we have underlying damage. The only way to examine it further is to tear out a section of the roof. ADVICE: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY."
