Making excuses why he couldn't get hers done today. When I called him and he told me he could give me $400. He was using profanity.\n And just like me, Hanging.\n Would not hire him obviously because he has poor skills and don't get the job done right or don't complete jobs. And take somebody else's"

Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged.
