The job was done ahead of schedule. Completed in 2 days, everything including taking the dumpster out of the driveway. Impressed with the quality for being donevso fast.

I donâ t usually write long reviews for products and services, but I felt like I knew more about this company than most reviewers. I had been getting quotes to replace my 24-year-old roof when hurricane Ian came through our area in late September. I was sweating as to whether this old roof could stand up to another hurricane. After the storm, I climbed up on the roof to check it for damage. Wow! With wind gust well over 75 mph, I did not lose a single shingle! At this point, there was no question who was going to get my business to install the new roof. You see, Stay Dry Roofing had installed my last roof in 1998. There was not a single cracked or broken shingle on the roof 24 years later, and the roofing company was still in business. In fact, Stay Dry has been in business for over 36 years now (you wonâ t find many roofing companies that have been around this long). I never met Dennis Flores, the man that started Stay Dry, but his son Daniel is now running the business. Daniel has brought modern business practices to Stay Dry. He realizes that customer satisfaction is an absolute in a world where everyone airs their grievances on social media. Stay Dry is also a Master Elite certified contractor of GAF roofing materials. Only 2% of all GAF contractors receive this certification. Everyone I dealt with at Stay Dry was very professional. It started with Yoandy, our sales consultant, not only provided a complete proposal, but he was excellent at following up with several questions that required a little research on his part. The owner Daniel took time to speak with me about his business when I returned a document to his office. He also came to check on the work being performed and even climbed on the roof to have a closer look. The project manager Rudy made sure to let me know that he was on-site to answer any questions I might have, and he gave me his phone number if I had any quality questions after the roof was completed. The crew installing the new roof were amazing to watch. They were extremely efficient and worked effortlessly together to get the job done in less than a day. The office manager, Uli, made sure I received all returned phone calls and all necessary documents in a timely fashion. My roofs are not the only experience Iâ ve had with Stay Dry Roofing. In 1998, they replaced the roof on my brotherâ s house, and in 2020, they also replaced the roof on my motherâ s house. Stay Dryâ s prices are reasonable. They get with work done correctly and address any issues that do arise. They were also the only company that didnâ t bring up the possibility of turning this work into an insurance claim. This unethical practice in Florida is a huge reason for skyrocketing homeownersâ insurance cost. Thank you Stay Dry!

I had a spot on my ceiling from the leaked roofing. Handyman Rudy came today. He was fast, pleasant and had a great attitude with humor. Thank you Stay Dry Roofing for repairing my one and a half year old roof and the inside spot on my ceiling too.

Almost all old roof material was picked up. Some was left by back fence.

They did my roof in 1999 had no problems. Still in business I would be a fool not to hire them again and did so 2022 had new roof done. Great service and super work and really fast job.

They were very efficient

Terrible company. Damaged solar tube when they tore off the old roof. They installed new roof without repairing the damage to the solar tube. Now the roof leaks every time it rains. They came out twice to repair the leak and it still leaks. Now I have a lot of interior water damage and a leaky roof. I now have to have a professional roofer to repair the new roof. Do NOT use this company. You've been warned. Sending complaint to Tallahassee FL.

There was a leak upon completion of the work which was eventually taken care of to my satisfaction.

Upon their completing my new roof, in the rain, I notified the crew boss that there was rain leaking into my attached sun room on the front of the house down through the soffit. He looked and left. Four different times they tried to fix it with no luck. Finally they demanded payment which I refused until the leak was fixed. They claimed it wasnt their problem and has refused to communicate with me since. I would not recommend them. I have had to hire legal representation in this matter.

Office staff did not know parts of roof. Ran over septic system (even though pointed out during quote), left site a mess, crew chief did not introduce himself so had no way of knowing who to go to with questions/concerns. The materials were good quality- it appears that they removed and replaced all the bad sheathing and correctly installed the roof. The upfront sales person was the only one who responded in a timely manner and was very helpful- otherwise this review would have lower marks...

My overall experience was great! The roofers were there at 6:30 am ready to remove and replace our roof. Daniel was very nice and his team was just as nice. Very easy experience for us. Would recommend to everyone.

After getting 3 estimates and researching many reviews we decided to work with this company for our asphalt shingle roof tear off and replace. Yoandy did a very thorough job of explaining their process and choice of materials. I had several questions and specific requests and they were very willing to work with me on them to my satisfaction. They had the best price and with the best materials. They showed up on time and did a great job, including an excellent clean up. Daniel and his crew were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

They left the eves open to the rain 4 3 days they gave me 3 new leaks in my house after the 3 time they fixed my roof it took the 42 days to finish the job an they will charge you for wood they don't use. Like most people, I thoroughly research a product or service before I make a large purchase. I got as educated as possible by researching on the internet, speaking with friends and neighbors, and direct discussions with roofing company representatives. Only after completing this exhaustive process did I decide to move forward. Not only did Daniel explain the process very well but he also patiently answered all of my questions. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The process went very quickly and smoothly. On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time and began work immediately. They were polite and worked well together. They respected my property and my neighbors' property, and they were mindful of safety. They worked quickly and efficiently while still maintaining attention to detail. Something that really stands out to me is how well they cleaned up after the job was finished. The process of replacing a roof is a very messy one but the clean up was close to flawless, which exceeded my expectations. The final point that I think deserves mention is amount of pictures taken before, during and after the job. Daniel supplied me with almost 100 pictures of the job. I did not expect everything to be so well documented. In my opinion, this is a smart business practice to protect themselves but it could also could really help me with my homeowner's insurance, wind mitigation or future sale of the home.
