"The salesman understood my need to not spend a large amount as I have many projects to do, but he was very concerned that I would have a safe shower. He made sure that I ha hand bars installed, since I had a shower chair, he did not try to make me take one. The work was done in one day and everything was cleaned up. Very happy to have a new shower."

"I was visiting my mother in Iowa and her sink wouldnâ t drain and I couldnâ t fix it. It was on Labor Day and I was not sure if I could get anyone to come out that day. Jim responded and came out that morning to get the sink working properly. Jim did a great job and answered all questions that I had pertaining to sink he was fixing. "Guy showed up on time. I asked him lots of questions (I am an engineer, that's what I do). The guy knew his stuff and explained in detail what he was doing. The problem was tree roots out in front of my house. Pulled out the root ball and went on his way. Total time was just under an hour. Did not make a mess."
