Whether it’s a deck/patio, some concrete is cracking, an old basement with lots of spiders, or a crawlspace no one’s been into for years. In a little over 2 years, I decided to dabble in the superintendent role which meant running a remote shop hundreds of miles away from the main facility. I quickly learned how stressful the industry can be, but also how rewarding it is being the last person to talk to the homeowner and always leaving with a new friend.
