"Had Solar Pannels installed. J-Tech came out unscheduled on a snowing below 0 day. Turned our power off for 10 1/2 hours fronze all the plants in my greenhouse. Then damaged our house basement wall, siding, yard and left a 300 ft long and 2-3 ft deep trench open at our home. The left at 8 p.m. and never came back to fix our damage to our house,fill in the dangerous open trench or finish the job. Solar panels are not installed correctly. They won't answer the phone or call us back. Very disappointed with the service and work."

"They did a terrible job on installing the siding on our home in January of 2023. They had short pieces and one piece even slid down and had to be moved up and reattached. They tried to hide nail holes on our trim with a dark putty but left them as big globs. The foreman of both crews never did show up at our home. He was working with a crew at an apartment house two blocks from us. This apartment house was owned by an attorney here in town. Tim came and listened and looked at our concerns but when they tried to fix everything it was still a disappointment to us!! I would never recommend them to anyone. We bought news doors from them, also. He replaced the patio door with a smaller door so now the wheel chair will not fit through the door. We had to rent a nail detector to find all the nails all around the house. We are still finding them two years later!"
