Everything was great. They were on time and move everything without issue or breakage.

Hired two movers and a truck for a move on Saturday. They called ahead and let me know that they would be arriving earlier than scheduled. Brandon, Dwayne and Gio arrived and quickly got to work. They didn't even charge me for the additional mover. They were courteous and friendly and did an outstanding job of loading and unloading the truck in a quick and efficient manner. The move was an absolute breeze and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to others for their fast action and reasonable prices.

The move went very well, despite bad weather. The guys were very accommodating and attentive to details. They were also very conscientious of track dirt and mud into both homes.

Outstanding, customer oriented and courteous professionals. Great jobs (I've hired twice) and would hire again or positively recommend to others. Sometimes you encounter those working "on the clock" to stretch out a job to take longer than what would normally required to get it done. Not the case here--the movers I encountered with Black Belt got in and hustled to get the job done quickly and professionally.

JR, Kody, and Orlando did a truly exceptional for us. Was no easy task but they were really fantastic and swift. They took great care and caution with our belongings. This was our first time using this service and we are very pleased. These guys do a GREAT job!!! Highly recommend!

Excellant. They moved us door to door. The guys were great, we felt very comfortable from the beginning. You hear a lot of horror stories out there. They kept in contact with us while in route and arrived here before we did. The price was lower than originally quoted based on actual number of boxes, etc.

They are cheap. They are very reasonable. It seems to be a very competitive market. It was $125 and hour for 3 movers. They were quick, right on it, listened to instructions, didn't take a lot of breaks, and they kept moving.

Would I hire these guys again? Heck no! I ended up paying an additional $450 for a job I was expecting to pay $900 at best for! The horror stories of movers being shady are exactly what I was trying to avoid and that is exactly what I ended up with. I have not yet seen my furniture because my house is not done and I fear for what I find when I finally do see it!

The move crew consisted of 6 and they used two large trucks. The move started shortly before 8:00 a.m. ran until 10:30 that night. We had packed all items and had wrapped some furniture in plastic wrap prior to their arrival. The crew worked hard and took minimal breaks. All were pleasant and took direction well. Minimal damage to about 6 items. Would recommend them.

They arrived early in the morning and worked like a well choreographed team. By mid-afternoon I was in my new home with every box delivered to its assigned room. No breakage, no problems, just cheerful workers. You couldn't ask for a better moving experience.

I was too busy "getting settled" a year ago to write this review but they were so good they deserve the credit and I have not forgotten.

Excellent movers. Joe, Justin, and Wyatt were great - got to our house 10 minutes early, worked nonstop, were polite, professional, thorough, careful, pleasant. Best moving experience I've had.

It went great. They hustled, handled our materials with care and very good to work with!

The actual move was done on time, and the crew worked fast and quickly.  However, a leather couch was torn on the front of the arm and they choose to pay the $.60 per pound rather than fix it.  Never was able to talk to anyone in charge, Manager, and was told that the couch weighed  150 pounds so our total reimbursement was $90.00. 

The leather couch was a three seat with recliners on both ends and according to some moving sites on line the average weight would be 250 obs.  Since I was never able to talk to the decision maker I have no idea where the number of 150 lbs. came from.

We spoke to a furniture repair shop and they quoted at least $200.00 to repair.  Needless to say, we will not be recommending or using their services again.

We thought we had a handle on this moving thing until these guys showed up. They were amazing. Dan called from the road to check in and make sure we were ready. When they arrived (right on time!), I was introduced to each guy: Dan, Tuffy, Sage and Carlos. We weren't as ready as I'd thought we were; when you look around through somebody else's eyes, you see what you were missing, like unfinished boxes, a forgotten cabinet, etc.
Every one of these guys was friendly, helpful, and considerate the entire time. At no time did we feel as though they were getting impatient, tired or frustrated when we had to correct ourselves or discovered yet another thing we hadn't gotten ready - they can't move lamps with lightbulbs in them!
There was one accident: our headboard came apart unexpectedly, part of it fell and the mirror broke. The young man took full responsibility for it, took pictures of the damage and the manufacturer's tag and assured me that it will be repaired or compensated even if it can't be repaired. He was genuinely irritated with himself for his perceived carelessness and genuinely seemed determined to make this right.
They had us packed up inside the estimated time limit and on the road. Here's where the story gets slippery: Our new property is out in the country, the house is a goodly distance from the road and the mud was unbelievable. When we got there and saw how bad it was, we seriously thought they'd insist on moving everything into the barn, which is right off the road and leave us there. We wouldn't have blamed them if they had, but not only did they not do that, they managed to stay pleasant, professional and friendly through what has to have been a nightmare day for them all.
They laid down all their moving rugs throughout the house, and apologized sincerely every time they stepped off onto the carpet or got mud on something. They all fell down at least once because they were all running or walking as quickly as possible, mindful of the fact that Black Belt charges by the hour.
By the time it was over, they were all covered in mud, cold and exhausted. But even at that, they wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for us before they left and seemed to really mean it. All of them were still as nice as they'd been when they arrived at our starting point 8 hours previously. One of the many things I really liked about them was their obvious concern and respect for each other and us. All day, they were quick to check on each other's and our well-being and to compliment for a "good lift" or "good carry".
Black Belt is well worth the expense of having somebody else move your belongings VS saving the money and doing it yourself. We have never had professional movers before, so I can't compare them to anyone else, but I can say we couldn't recommend them any more highly.

The three gentlemen that helped he move were awesome - Brian Durant, Gene Hauf, and Richard Bruce. We would definitely recommend Black Belt Movers and will definitely use them again if needed in the future. They were very careful with all of our furniture and even helped us put our new shuffleboard table together. We really appreciated them going the extra mile.

They called early in the day, as they said they would, went straight to work and were organized, professional and courteous.  Brady, Nate and Jacob did a fabulous job of wrapping our furniture and disassembling and reassembling pieces with great care.  The move was complicated by a layer of ice and snow, which they skillfully managed to make a non-factor.  They worked efficiently and the move was accomplished on the lower end of the bid.  I would hire them again, but I am never moving.  I would strongly recommend them, however to anyone who needs to move in the future.

This is actually the second time Joel assisted in moving this rug. The previous move was 12/12/15. A little embarrassing, but they didn't rub it in.
Both times went well, and the two men, no truck deal is a good value in the metro.
