MidAmerica Basement SystemsHe was on time, friendly, did a good job worked hard to remove stains some he got some he couldnt- but they were old set in stains. Had him clean a foreclosed house we had just purchased. Looked and smelled great when he was done.
The water softener doesn't work as well as the softener that we replaced. Service provided to fix the problem is not acceptable. We are going to replace this softener with a different brand from a different company.

I know it can be tough to make time do things that are let's say "a pain." I've been a landlord for 7 years and I have had to do many repairs. My painting skills are decent as result as well. I've had to do a number of clean outs. I've replaced flooring, windows, built decks, cut down trees (smaller trees) and I've done landscaping projects. I can haul things away or do heavy lifting. Just let me know if you need some help with something and we'll go from there.
