"The flooring went in ok, but the damage to a door took over a month to replace and at that it was a very different color than the one 2 feet away. I had to repaint it. Cutting wood in my garage left sawdust all over everything. They could not finish one bathroom due to the flooring hight so I had to arrange for a plumber to come out even though they do home remodeling work. Also, the workers were not considerate of my personal property - including furniture and use of the bathroom - you would think they were 4 year old boys not able to hit the toilet. It was not possible to contact someone directly within the company which made things difficult - voice mail was not set up to take messages."
