Plumbing
Bad .. forgot a bathroom upstairs so had to re do ground trenching .we paid 500.00 to fix the problem . I would drive out to the building site and time after time no show .Fired him and had to get all new permits even though we only needed him to do last step .(set sinks ,toilets and finish .Within first couple months a fitting leaked . we had to have plumbers come in and fix the leak.We also had to have sheet rock redone ,tape and paint. . We also had roof leaks due to wrong kind of calk around roof vents .This caused water to leak into the crawl space.I would also like to mention I have built three houses and never really had a problem with a contractor . This man was very verbal and abusive to his crew . Thank you and beware. Happy building to all !
