"SHON REALLY KNOWS PLUMBING. OUTSTANDING SERVICE I WOULD ALWAYS RECOMMEND STEVES"S PLUMBING AND ASK FOR SHON TO COME OVER AND GIVE YOU A FREE ESTIMENT!"

"Stuart Ackley of Pipeline Plumbing LLC is a really good plumber. Anyone who may have had a hard time finding a good plumber will not be disappointed. Heâ s honest, conscientious, skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. He has an apprentice whom he is very patient in training; and has journeymen who are very skilled.. Heâ s detail-oriented. Heâ s reasonable in pricing. Heâ s hard-working. There are no negatives about him, except that heâ s so good at what he does, that he gets busy. But donâ t let that discourage you from contacting him because he finds a way to help you. Heâ s efficient and neat too (cleans up). Have gone through over a dozen plumbers who have lied, cheated, been sloppy, didnâ t care whether or not they solved the plumbing problemâ ¦. Stu is the only one that I have found to be upfront and knows what needs to be done to solve the issues AND does get everything done to (more than) my satisfaction. I truly appreciate him and his company for the great service that they have provided and definitely will want to use them for any plumbing needs that I have. Thank you very much for listing such professionals like him, AnGI."

"This review is a long time overdue but I really wanted to give Stuart and his team a shoutout for the great job they did. I had Pipeline to come out to Waianae to install 2 toilets and a shut-off valve at my home. Not only were they willing to come this far, but also, Stuart and his team gave the absolute best customer service where nowadays it is rare. His team was fast, clean, respectful and efficient and his pricing very fair for the job. One toilet installation proved to be trickery than anticipated, but they went the extra mile to get the job done. And when it came time to do the shutoff valve, I really was fully frustrated with finding the public water source. However, Pipeline's team member was persistent and got the job done all while maintaining a great attitude. I would definitely recommend Pipeline Plumbing. As a landlord, I have been through my share of repairs and good companies like Pipeline are essential and just plain sanity saving."

"“Last week, I found myself in a bit of a predicament. It was 5 in the afternoon, and I had a house full of guests coming over with no hot water available. In a bit of a panic, I called Watanabe Plumbing for help. To my relief, he arrived promptly, showcasing professionalism and a deep understanding of the situation right from the start. Wayne quickly assessed my hot water heater and identified that the element inside was faulty. Considering the age of my heater, he recommended a replacement. While he was here, I also had him take a look at my laundry bay faucet, which had been leaky and troublesome due to its age. Wayne determined that it was beyond repair and recommended a replacement for it as well. What impressed me most was not just his diagnostic speed but his commitment to solving the problems efficiently. He managed to purchase, deliver, and install both the new hot water heater and the laundry bay faucet within an hour and a half. The cost of the service was very reasonable, especially considering the urgency and quality of the work performed. Wayne’s efficiency and professionalism turned a potentially stressful evening into a smooth and manageable situation. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided and will definitely recommend Watanabe Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. His swift response and expert handling of the situation were beyond commendable.” This addition gives a more comprehensive view of Watanabe service and highlights his ability to efficiently handle multiple plumbing issues. Thanks you"

"The overall service was done in a timely manner., and exceptional repairs to my sprinkler system."

"Had a contractor that ended up doing more damage than you can imagine! My wife and I were devastated! Fired him and began looking for solutions to the botched 500 sq ft ceramic tile job. I found Kyle on Angies list. His reviews were great! I reached out to him and he responded back within 8 hrs. Set up an appointment to have him estimate the job. Upon meeting Kyle I immediately could tell he was personable, professional and competent! He did not mince words and was direct about the repair: The tile would need to be pulled up and reapplied..properly! After more conversation, my wife and I contracted Kyle and his team. Kyle really shared our pain and wanted to make our home whole again and restore our happiness. (It’s very hard to find that type of compassion these days) The job was finished in 3 days, quicker than expected! That included: complete demo of botched job, materials, hauling debris, prepping, installation and finishing. The result is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of the install! Kyle and his son Malaki are true craftsman! VERY friendly, punctual, communicative, down to earth and business oriented! You can search for better but, I doubt you will receive the same service that Toa & Kyle’s Home Solutions offer! Chance em’! You won’t regret it! Worth every penny and some!"
