I am fortunate to have found Ka La Shine. Carla provides housekeeping services. In addition to housekeeping responsibilities, Carla offers Property Management services. I have given Carla full responsibility for my (short-term) vacation rental home. In my 13 years opening my home to vacationing guests, I have had other Housekeeping and Management service providers. I say with confidence that Ka La Shine is the most reliable service, by far / no comparison. My condo has received perfect reviews from guests on the major hosting services – AirBnB, and VRBO… credit to Carla for the service she provides. Ka La Shine lives up to its name – Carla’s service “SHINES”. I have full confidence in her dedication, professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. I would highly recommend Carla and her Ka La Shine services.

Carla, has been keeping our house not just immaculately clean but organized as well. We have family visiting from time to time and Carla is very considerate of the guests and works around without a problem to the new guests. Carla, is very detail oriented, a perfectionist, no nook or cranny is missed, if you have a concern, you only need to mention it once and she adapts it to her routine perfectly. We have other companies over the years, none even come close to the quality and dependability of Ka La Shine Services!

Started on July 29th.not sure on her time. She came back Saturday. Aug. 9th to finish. Looking after she left I found dust bunnies, dirt in corners, dirty frames around the windows that I cleaned. Floors weren t great.

Carla and Carmen did a whole house deep cleaning for us and were very thorough. Carla is following up with biweekly maintenance cleaning. We may have to make some adjustments with that. But she is a good person and helped us over and above her cleaning duties.

They did a great job on a very dusty snd cluttered family room.

Ka La Shine Services is by far the best cleaning service here on Kauai! I hired them to do a move out clean for a home I was renting and I could not be happier with the process and results! Carla, the owner of Ka La Shine, provided me with a very reasonable bid, and answered all my questions. On the day of the cleaning, due to the current pandemic, she showed up at the rental alone and immediately went to work. Without taking a single break, Carla cleaned the entire 1600 square foot property so well it would pass a Drill Sargentâ s inspection! Many thanks Carla! You are amazing and will always be my choice for cleaning services!

Carla runs a professional cleaning service! She was thorough in identifying my wishes for what and how I wanted things cleaned. She charged by the hour and since I needed a rush on the job, she brought â extra hoursâ (additional staff) to meet my needs! She supervised everything and worked quickly. She was a little pricey, but totally worth the cost!

House sitting for a horrendously messy uncle. His house in Kekaha has accumulated thick layers of dust and cobwebs everywhere after 5 years of neglect. Our experience was simply great. Carla got everything we needed done within her quoted time and budget. Things were spotless, and it really felt she went the extra mile for us. She was simply lovely and pleasant. Would certainly use them again for any future services.
