Our company manages 376 properties and associations and growing. We manage properties all over Oahu. We are a boutique style brokerage and work with clients like yourself and build long lasting relationships with them to manage their properties and also represent them in the sale of their property too when the time is right. We charge a management fee of 8-10% (depending on the rent price, location of property, and scope of work) vs. the 10-15% that most property managers charge. There are NO additional or hidden fees! We don’t take a fee unless there is a tenant paying rent. Additionally, we do not charge any fee for finding a new tenant. With SC Realty you will work with one property manager at all times and you can always call, text, or email me as well. So you will always have 2 points of contact in case you have any questions. We are unlike other large property management companies where they have a group of people overseeing your property and no one is accountable. That can get frustrating when trying to get answers.
