I spent months trying to understand and comply with the requirements for installing a water submeter at our new house to avoid paying sewer charges for the water used by the sprinkler system for watering the lawn and gardens. Once I understood the requirements, finding a properly licensed plumber or contractor to do the job was frustrating. Several I talked to didn't have the necessary license or expertise, others weren't interested in the job because of the bureaucracy and paperwork involved, and several just never called me back. I finally asked our real estate broker for help; someone in her office recommended Andres. Andres returned my call promptly. I emailed him the job specs and associated forms, which he reviewed within a couple of days and got back to me with a quote that was very reasonable. As soon as I got final approval from the City, he scheduled the work for the following Monday. Andres showed up on time and did a great job. He had to dig up the existing connection point for the irrigation system, replace the back flow preventer that was already installed, and most important, install the submeter. His work was neat and professional, and he restored the area to its original condition when he was done. All in less than a day. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Andres for any plumbing work.
