Kendall has been my property manager for 2 of my properties for 1.5 years. He goes the extra mile to find the right tenant, yard man, plumber, etc. and is very prompt, professional, and thorough in answering my inquiries and concerns. He's just a nice guy who has earned the respect and gratitude from both the tenant and homeowner.

I would highly recommend SC Realty and Property Management to anyone looking for a property management company. Initially when I started my search for a property management company, I had called several different companies to inquire about their services and their rates. Most companies didn’t even answer their phone, had to leave a voicemail, and then they didn’t even call back...total red flag. SC Realty & Property Management on the other hand actually answered the phone when I called. Initially I spoke with Kendall who was extremely helpful. This was my first time using a property management company so as you can imagine I had lots of questions. Kendall was so patient and really took the time to explain everything to me. Whenever I had to leave a voicemail for him, he’d quickly call back. Even his responses to my emails late at night or on the weekend were almost immediate. I was so impressed with the service. After speaking with Kendall and deciding to use them as my property management company, he put me in touch with with David. David has been just as helpful and easy to work with. SC Realty does a trulyamazing job advertising. I had so much interest in my property once it was listed. I couldn’t believe the response we were getting. After David showed my place to all interested parties I had multiple potential tenants to choose from. My place was rented within the month. It would have been even faster but I wanted to have as many options to choose from as possible so David continued to show my place for another week. I am so impressed with the professionalism and outstanding service both Kendall and David have provided. I highly recommend these guys!!

Consistently responds to voice messages and emails in a very timely manner - usually within an hour regardless of the time of day or the weekend. This contrasts with other property managers/real estate agents I've worked with where it's not unusual for their response time to be 24 to 48 hours later. SC's property management process is very efficient - documents are posted in its database for easy access by landlords to view applications, lease agreements, expenses, payments, and all associated documents. Highly recommend Kendall Fukumoto and his team to handle the management of your rental properties!
