Kaena came the next day and gave us a reasonable quote. Set appt for like 12 days out but after me pleading with him, explaining our timing dilemma he made it happen and came with his worker Cheyenne the very next day. Very grateful! Cheynenne is talented and a trooper!! Got the job done within 3 hours and let me tell you, it was BLAZING HOT! Sun beating down directly on him. But it did not affect his work. He's definitely a quality skilled professional. They cleaned up, gave me a requested W9 and a signed receipt. WA-LA, my stress is no more.
