"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"Equipment arrived as promised and was easy to install.

"Nainoa did a great job installing our Home Security system. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and answered any questions I had regarding the install. He made the process seamless and easy and was great to work with!"

"The appt was set up, they called to verify time the day before. The installer arrived on time, told me about how long it would take, told me the steps he would take. . We discussed where the disk would be located. We discussed where I wanted the cable to come through through the wall or the floor, where I wanted my computer locainstallation went smoothly. No surprises. I am very pleased.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Protect America Alarm Systems are wireless home security systems that are so advanced and yet uncomplicated that the consumer can install all components to the system themselves. Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate. ( I accidentally set it off a couple times having forgotten that it was set when we left home). I've had a couple different systems in my homes over the years which were "professionally" installed; one was wired the other wireless. I install this myself with the help of tech support, I'm 65years old in good health but of course not as agile as I was a few years ago, but this system was a piece of cake for me to install. Every access to my home has been covered as well as some interior sensors. All of which have functioned flawlessly from day one!

"Great sales presentation, but they missed estimated start-up date by four months due to high demand. When they send you the proposed installation, look at it indepth, don't trust that they know what they are doing as I did, a big mistake on my part. They installed our system as low as they could go on our roof so it is shadowed by the neibhbors home almost two hours before sunset. When a representative came to inspect the system in March 2013, four months after it was up and running, I mentioned this to him, he said it was because of the roof vents, he said I could always add additional panels (WRONG answer). Other companies stagger the installations around the roof vents, so it was a lame excuse for saving a few feet of cable when installing. Bottom line, be sure they install the system as high on the roof as they can so you have maximum solar hours. Overall, I am satisfied with the system, but will have to live with the reduced output for the next 20 years because I did not carefully evaluate the proposed installation sketch they sent me and trusted they knew what they were doing. Additionally, we referred out daugter to ResoluSun and it took several unanswered emails and eventual cage rattling phone calls to get the promised $500 referral from them, but in the end they came through.
