"WHIRLPOOL REFRIDGE WOULD GO OFF AND ON. REPAIR PERSON CAME WHEN FRIDGE WAS ON SAID HE COULD DO NOTHING IF IT WAS ON CANT DETERMINE WHY IT GOES OFF AND ON, CHARGE $95 FOR COMING DIDNT EVEN TOUCH REFRIDGE. CAME THE SECOND TIME WHEN IT WAS NOT ON RELATED COMPRESSOR WAS SUPER HOT AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ITS BUILT WITHOUT A FAN ??? Why would a name company like whirlpool build it with out a fan if it makes it heat up and go off?? So $95 for nothing , completly not satisfied could not repair 3 yr old brand new looking fridge terriblle company"

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Incorporated in 2008, it was started by CEO, Jim Allen and his wife Paula, who operated an appliance repair business for nearly fourteen years prior to starting the internet company Appliance Zone.
"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
