"Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. She informed me that there schedule was booked on the day that I requested. However, she was able to accommodate me with another day that worked for me.
