They were the quickest to reach out to me after the Angi search connect me to companies and they provided an easy hassle free quote over the phone with just a photo and rough measurements. Their quote was far better than the average price. By average I mean their quote was about in the middle or lower of what you should pay for concrete, everyone else seems to be quote on the top end or higher than what you should be paying. Their quality of work was also top notch! I contacted them late week and asked if they could be here Monday and they were here right on time Monday morning. They brought in professional heavy duty equipment to level the yard and prep the space, ordered the truck and the whole project down and cleaned up by that same afternoon. Even better, they did not destroy any of my yard, even with the heavy duty excavator in my back yard or having to roll concrete all the way back there. The rest of my yard looks the same as before they came! The concrete patio was an extension to an existing piece but 4 times bigger and they match the slop and finish perfectly. "Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again."

"From the first phonecall, they had the concrete poured and hardened within 1.5 weeks. It only took them 1 day to dig and make the frame and 1 day to pour. I got concrete patio poured slightly less than 400sq ft, which was about 7 yards of concrete. They had to do everything by hand and wheelbarrow since I had a small gate for them to work through to the backyard so it cost a little more than they usually charge. In the end, including the termite spraying required in Georgia, we paid $3750 to New Leaf and $80 to the termite people."
