"I contacted S & J home repair to come and give me an estimate for a bedroom that had a sagging floor, utility room floor that was sagging and had been fixed 3 times by different repairmen and a entrance to a bedroom was sagging. I contacted on Friday October 17th 2025 and met their Representative McKenzie Sheffield that following Monday morning. I showed her the damaged areas and she took the time to listen at what I wanted. None of this was covered by insurance but the estimate was several thousand cheaper than what I expected. I wasn?t sure what colored I wanted and she picked a beautiful color. The next day she sent her workers and most of the time you didn?t know they were in the house. These men work fast, quiet and quick. The flooring makes the rooms look brand new.If you?re in need of home repairs and you?re looking for a Home Repair Business that not trying overcharge you, choose S & J Home Repair. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."

His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails.
