Their quality of work was also top notch! I contacted them late week and asked if they could be here Monday and they were here right on time Monday morning. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. "From the first phonecall, they had the concrete poured and hardened within 1.5 weeks. It only took them 1 day to dig and make the frame and 1 day to pour. I got concrete patio poured slightly less than 400sq ft, which was about 7 yards of concrete. They had to do everything by hand and wheelbarrow since I had a small gate for them to work through to the backyard so it cost a little more than they usually charge. In the end, including the termite spraying required in Georgia, we paid $3750 to New Leaf and $80 to the termite people."
