"Spencer was our point of contact. He provided estimate and scheduling. Chance & Garret and Parker & Chad completed our jobs. We had a retaining wall that was leaning and a concrete pool deck with numerous cracks. They repaired it all in two days. Very polite, on time, communicated well, cleaned up. "Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again."
