I contacted on Friday October 17th 2025 and met their Representative McKenzie Sheffield that following Monday morning. I showed her the damaged areas and she took the time to listen at what I wanted. None of this was covered by insurance but the estimate was several thousand cheaper than what I expected. I wasn?t sure what colored I wanted and she picked a beautiful color. The next day she sent her workers and most of the time you didn?t know they were in the house. These men work fast, quiet and quick. "Will and his guys came in and repaired several areas of bad subfloor and installed all new laminate tile flooring. Very reasonable pricing, fast response, and overall just couldnâ t ask for a better experience in refurbishing my floors. He did so well with the flooring I also hired him a year later to redo my kitchen. Couldnâ t be happier with either. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
