They didn't mind taking the time to fully explain concepts and processes I didn't understand. Rockin H&M took my vision for my fence and executed the project better than I could ever imagine! I even noticed some of my neighbors coming up to talk to them, as well as the land developers that are working on a new housing community across from my home coming over to speak with them. These guys were fast and efficient, without compromising quality. Their communication throughout the entire process was superb! I got 7 quotes for my fence and Rockin H&M landed somewhere in the middle. I decided to go with them because I didn't want to jeopardize quality for a lower price. "I worked easilty with my contact in planning and setting up the construction of a new shed in my backyard. The project was a little complicated and included demolishing an old existing structure and building a new shed on top of that foundation. I am happy with the finished product and feel it was a good value. But, issues with the contractor arose after the building was finished. It took several phone calls, emails and even texts for them to come back and clean up the property, including removing the debris from the old structure, leftover lumbar and trash. It was six weeks before they came back and cleaned up. I feel they really dropped the ball at the end.

A nice young man, William, arrived and discussed the job. I was especially concerned about the bricks on the side of the house where sun doesn't shine except in the early morning hours, as they were covered in mildew. William pre-treated this area; and, after he pressured cleaned it, the bricks looked like new!! I was very impressed.
He then pressured cleaned the front of my house (and garage door), the sidewalk leading up to the door, the door itself and all around the door, getting rid of spider webs and dirt. It is unbelievable how nice (and new) the house looks!

"I heard these guys were doing some work in the area so I gave them a call and they came out the same day to see what's going on. My ceiling drywall in the garage was falling and crumbling due to age and improper installation from the previous owner. The guys were able to come in and cut it away and replace it within 2 days! These guys are fast AND affordable! I paid half the amount I would have paid for anyone else! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future projects and services!"

"Richard is finishing up the project (built a tile shower and installed new floor) today. I have no hesitation to wait until it's finished later today to write this. He's amazing and the work is the best. While the bathroom is upstairs, we agreed to use the bathroom window to throw out the old pieces of shower and flooring so that he wouldn't track through the house and make it more efficient. He put cardboard on the deck outside the window to prevent damage to the deck. There were a few places on the window sill that needed sanding and touch up paint. He is the one who brought it to my attention and let me know he would be taking care of it. It's the little details that make his work and him the best!"
