"Thomas has done several projects for me. He built my front porch where he tore out the old porch and rebuilt it with railings and stairs. I recently had him replace some doors on my pack-house (shed), where he did some re-framing around the doors where it was rotten. He replaced some exterior siding, has done trim work, and built a pantry for me. He did an amazing job, it looked it was always here! He is very meticulous about his work, very prompt, personable and on-time. Very good value for money!"

I got 7 quotes for my fence and Rockin H&M landed somewhere in the middle. I decided to go with them because I didn't want to jeopardize quality for a lower price. I am beyond pleased with my new fence and my dogs absolutely love it!"

"I worked easilty with my contact in planning and setting up the construction of a new shed in my backyard. The project was a little complicated and included demolishing an old existing structure and building a new shed on top of that foundation. I am happy with the finished product and feel it was a good value. But, issues with the contractor arose after the building was finished. It took several phone calls, emails and even texts for them to come back and clean up the property, including removing the debris from the old structure, leftover lumbar and trash. It was six weeks before they came back and cleaned up. I feel they really dropped the ball at the end.

My ceiling drywall in the garage was falling and crumbling due to age and improper installation from the previous owner. The guys were able to come in and cut it away and replace it within 2 days! "Richard is finishing up the project (built a tile shower and installed new floor) today. I have no hesitation to wait until it's finished later today to write this. He's amazing and the work is the best. While the bathroom is upstairs, we agreed to use the bathroom window to throw out the old pieces of shower and flooring so that he wouldn't track through the house and make it more efficient. He put cardboard on the deck outside the window to prevent damage to the deck. There were a few places on the window sill that needed sanding and touch up paint. He is the one who brought it to my attention and let me know he would be taking care of it. It's the little details that make his work and him the best!"
