He had all equipment (nothing rented). They ran into huge boulders when trenching out backyard but did not increase price. Crew left without filling in lowlying areas of front yard or seeding/straw, (additional services requested during quote and included in price) so we contacted Corey and they returned to complete job. They did lay straw on backyard when they returned but it was never apparent that they put out any grass seed. We did not call Corey to notify him of this.

"I am more than happy with the work done by TVO! The 3 workers did a beautiful job paving and installing the fire pit, even in the rain! They came when they said they would, much sooner than anyone else, and they were done by the end of the week! They cleaned up everything and reseeded the grass. Ty was wonderful crunching the numbers for us. He also came to the house every day while the work was being done, answering all questions and making sure the workers had everything they needed. I am already planning on hiring them again for another back yard project!"
