ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"

"AFS did a great job for us, we had old insulation removed, a drainage system and pump installed, and a crawlspace encapsulation done. John Brandon did the inspection and he did a good job explaining everything and going back and forth with pricing for everything. The crew was Earle Gamble and Noah Cruz and they did a great job, cleaned everything up, and had it all done in 3 days. Would highly recommend!"

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "It is the best choice for anyone needing to put in new heating and air. When my units were installed it was very cold and raining that day, They were so professional they covered all my floors from downstairs to upstairs to keep the floors safe. There was a crew working under the house putting in the downstairs unit in the craw space and another crew upstairs putting that unit in the attack. Their warranty program is the best and they always service both my unit every six months. It really is the best decision we ever made going with Ragsdale ."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
