"Just to start off, I have been looking into Solar Energy for sometime but had not found any providers I felt confident with. After my initial conversation with SunPro representatives, I was put very much at ease as I found their knowledge of the current state of the industry well above the competition. They were very thorough in providing the specifications of the equipment and the install procedure. I was even able to go online and investigate the equipment and configuration used in the installation.Fast forward to the day of installation. They were in by 8:00 am and out by 2:00 pm. They were able to accommodate my schedule with no issues. The on-site guys were great. You cannot even see the panels from the street. A+ on curb appeal. They handled all the paperwork from the temp loan company, the utility company (less than two weeks to actual power conversion), to the tax form information. They answered every question and email I sent out within 24 hours.Add on instant access to daily power consumption and reports to help interpreting the utility bills. I don't think you can ask for much more.

"Summary: Hire them - period! This review has 2 parts: 1) Diagnosis of existing system by Phil, the owner and 2) Removal of old / existing system and installation of new system led by Danny, the lead installer of the FOUR! (4) men on our job. 1). DIAGNOSIS of "Old" System My wife and I bought a townhouse in Greenville and I knew (per the inspection) that the old system was "shot". Consulted seller's realtor for an HVAC Company recommendation as well as Angies List, where I saw the reviews for Energy Sharks. Submitted online contact form and had a call by the owner Phil within the hour. Set up the appointment THE NEXT DAY to inspect existing system. I was not able to be onsite but Phil checked it out and then spent time to explain the issues with the current system, and educated me in PLAIN ENGLISH why the system he recommended, along with the addition of an additional return to help supply the necessary airflow, was what would be needed to provide the level of comfort which we desired. Price was competitive and definitely less than Realtor's referral, who didn't even mention the return / airflow problem. Bottom line, Phil did his job and gave me a quote that I thought was fair (and thousands less than the other quote)... 2). REMOVAL of old system and INSTALLATION of new system. The crew of FOUR (4) MEN arrived at 7:15am and immediately got to work. They put in drop cloths everywhere they would be working and went about their work in a steady manner. A HUGE shout out to Danny, the lead installer. ASK FOR HIM on your job! He kept me constantly apprised of what was going on, where there were some holes in the ceiling that pre-existed, where the new return could be and should be, etc. Can't tell you how competent the entire team was. Each of the men did their part and they worked very efficiently. Less than 4 hours later, they were done. Got a quick tutorial and they were on their way. Summary: Prompt service, fair pricing and excellent communication means I am pleased to refer them - without reservation. Great job Energy Sharks! A+"

"Economy Heating & Air came and got right down to business. The team was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. They installed a brand new AC system into my cute stubborn old house :). After the install the AC had a little hiccup. I called and they were at my house after a few hours, that same day, which is very rare. We got the problem fixed and I was told on multiple occasions “don’t hesitate to call” if there was ever a problem. I highly recommend this company. I would give ten stars if I could."

"They were great to work with. They were timely as far as arriving on time. Good prices. They did good work. They were quick. They were very helpful."

"They are in the process of sending out an engineer"

"The process from start to finish was easy. They took care of all the permits and the customer service was great. I've been happy with them and I highly recommend this company!"
