I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Greg and his employees did an amazing job!! From start to finish it took three days and if you had saw our crawlspace I didn't think anything could be done. Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. "After trying to get several other companies to answer phone calls and schedule an appointment, the dispatcher was very friendly and quickly took down my information and told me that I would receive a phone call soon, up to 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive at my house. about 2 hours later I received a phone call from the plumber who said they were about 10 minutes from my house. I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.

"Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."

"I purchased a 55" plasma television that weighed 71 pounds and I wanted it mounted over my fireplace.  My fireplace has 3/4" cherry wood on top of concrete block so I needed someone knowledgeable with hanging something in both wood and concrete.  Jeff came out with a helper and they installed my TV mount using bolts that were not included with the mount since they felt they needed more substantial bolts for the installation.  The mount went up fairly easily but they had a little difficulty hanging the television, partly because they had very little room to work in since the television filled up almost the entire space between the side columns.  But when they got it in it was there to stay.  I feel very confident that the television is very secure and so is the mount.  They cleaned up and all that was left was for me to clean off fingerprints on the edges of the screen.  I had a special cleaner for that job so I did that.  I am very pleased."

"I didn't think they completed the job. It was partially my fault, when I went back to check it to see if I liked it, I missed something that wasn't in the contract that should have been. It would have taken them maybe another 15 minutes. I still have dry rot one inch away from where they did the repair. They did offer to come back the next day and complete what I felt they didn't complete, but I didn't see the email until the next day. For what they did, I felt they were overpriced. No, I would not consider using them again in the future."
