"Excellent. Very professional and great work quality. The staff at JMR were very responsive and the crew was hard working and very communicative about all the issues. They also offered a 30 day touch-up and a five year warranty on the paint job which is very good. As with any large exterior undertaking, there were several issues on pricing and scope of work that arose as the job progressed. The administrative staff at JMR were immediately responsive to any concerns and we managed to work out all issues to our mutual satisfaction. I gave them a "good" on the pricing point because they came in a little on the higher side of my 4 estimates and one of the issues was a pretty large additional charge for dry rot they found during the job. In their defense, that is probably the razors edge of every job quote because of the prevalence of dry rot in this humid climate. At any rate, we worked out an agreeable amount and we eded up very satisfied with the job and experience."
