I was very impressed with the crew. The leader Ethan and the crew members Ethan (yes, two Ethan's) and Eddie worked well as a team and were very professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning out the attic, air sealing and blowing in the new insulation. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They were also thorough cleaning up after the job was done. I would highly recommend Five Points.

Five Points exceeded my expectations by far with their excellent service. They explained the process before and along every step of the way, even taking pictures of the work done in the attic. Then they had my son-in-law go up into the attic to see what all had been done. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. I highly recommend them for any insulation work. Excellent service, good prices, all around good company.

Five Points completed my insulation as quoted. They were on time (5 min early) worked hard, contacted me to inspect the work at each phase (with explanation of the work completed, and cleaned up completely at the end of the job. All in one day.

We had a smaller job and Five Points pricing was reasonable and they treated it as if it was a larger job (unlike others). I asked them to do one small repair in the attic. I was prepared to pay but they didn’t charge us. They were courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!!

I came across five points on home advisors and Angi list. From the 1st moment for that quote to after the service was completed 5 star service. Not pushy at all, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. On time and we’re efficient with their services. I got additional insulation out in the attic. Prices were excellent and again service was awesome.

During the course of the project, Joe and Austin were able to add additional construction services which were needed to complete to the job correctly. The entire staff were very polite, professional, and punctual. I would definitely use them again!

Every one of the employees from Five Points that came to my house was very polite and very professional. Austin took his time with looking over my attic to see what needed to be done and was very thorough. He gave suggestions that would increase the efficiency of my house but he was never pushy to try and sell me something that I could not afford. When they were finished, they cleaned up. Not even a fleck of insulation was left. My garage looked cleaner than it did before they started. I am very pleased with the quality if work that Five points did and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The price of installation was very competitive and extremely reasonable. I am very happy that I chose Five Points for my insulation needs and I could immediately tell the difference that having insulation blown in made in the comfort of my home. My air conditioning went off on Friday July 2, while indoors cleaning and preparing getting ready for the 4th of July!!! Out of desperation When several “attempts” of neighbors family and friends trying to trouble shoot without any success. That Monday morning the day after the 4th out of Desperation , I went on Angi several people called but they weren’t able to come until later during the week. Austin Rogers of five points Heating & Air came within an hour and worked several hrs . in the heat going from the attic to the air conditioner and Thermostat! but he got it working! May Austin Rogers be blessed by our father God! and his son Jesus! P.S My home is new built in 2019!

The men who came to my house to see what I needed explained just what they could do for my insulation needs. They made some observations and I was pleased with the way they presented their offer. The men who actually did the work were extremely courteous, they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. I went to run an errand and left them alone in the house. I received a call saying someone wanted to get into the house and was it ok with me. They actually turned that person away because I was not expecting anyone. I will hire them when I am again in need of their services. I will recommend them to everyone I know Nice, nice people.
