A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

(The way I work is I need to see the condition the house or apartment is in in order to give a fair price. I can give a guesstimate but it is subject to change once I start cleaning.) Deep cleaning is manly once a year or as desired.what is included baseboards ceiling fans windows moving furniture cleaning under furniture that can not be moved moping vacuum bathrooms bedrooms and so on Regular cleaning is once a week or every two weeks or as desired Remodeled home cleaning is just the room that has been remodeled or the whole entire house or as I am directed I do recommend a deep clean Empty homes or apartments do require a deep clean.
