Our specialty is cleaning tile and grout, but we can do much more. Below is a list of additional surfaces we can clean with our specialized equipment. Step One: First we use a simple non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution to agitate the dirt that’s ingrained into the floor (that’s why mopping never removes it, allowing it to build up over time). Step Two: We then use our patented floor tool that applies heated water at just the right pre-selected cleaning pressure in the Containing Dome – pre-selected at a level that precludes any damage. At the same time the water is being applied, it’s also vacuum-extracted at 5 gallons per minute, leaving the surface almost completely dry.

"Use these guys if you have to, but don’t use them if you can help it. They don’t meet deadlines, and they’re not responsive - but they sure do send their bills on time. Here’s our story: we finished all design and permitting work in January 2022. Yearround’s “finish team” started the first week of February 2022, but they haven’t “finished” yet — over 6-1/2 months later. They told me the pool would be done in 3-4 months, so we expected it by Memorial Day. Then they promised 4th of July. Then, the end of July. Now, they’ve stopped promising. Why has it taken so long? The excuses are endless. I now believe it’s just incompetence. The weather hasn’t been bad for Hilton Head - no hurricanes or tropical storms - and all the checks were sent as soon as requested, so we didn’t hold them up. Maybe it’s my “finish team” manager, but regardless, there’s more than enough incompetence, excuses, and just plain sorriness to go around. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy."

How often you change the water in your swim spa depends on how often you use it. Most manufacturers recommend changing the water every three to six months. If you use your swim spa throughout the seasons, it’s a good idea to set up a quarterly deep cleaning schedule. The ideal instructions should be in the owner’s manual.

Hot tub maintenance can cost between $240 and $900 annually. These costs include deep cleaning the tub, refilling the tub several times a year, and keeping the water's chemical balance. Keeping up with regular maintenance and cleaning tasks can help to keep your costs down, as you'll avoid more complicated and expensive repairs.

You can drain a hot tub very quickly by using a submersible pump rather than the hose-sized drain at the bottom exterior of the tub. A pump can move up to 30 gallons per minute, draining your hot tub in no time. Using the regular drain can take up to two hours.

You should keep your hot tub at a constant soaking temperature of around 100 degrees Fahrenheit when the hot tub is not in use. However, you can lower that by a couple of degrees during the summer, so you don’t feel overheated.

You should put chlorine in your hot tub on a regular basis. To keep bacteria away, keep the chlorine level in your hot tub at between 3-5 mg/l, which may mean you need to add chlorine daily or at least every two to three days. Don’t add chlorine to your hot tub water more than once per day.
