I called countryside pool and home for an estimate on a liner replacement for my swimming pool, they were very prompt, I signed a contract, selected the liner I wanted , they came out and measured my pool and within 3 weeks they had my liner in and ready for me to swim. Very nice people to work with, answered all my questions and kept me informed about everything. I would recommend them to my friends

They were one of the cheapest companies to stain my pool deck I can see why I will need to have all of his work stripped off and start over again very disappointed with their quality I did notice that most of his help had maybe a week or two experience not good

We LOVE our pool that Shelby and his crew installed along with a waterfall scene. Not once did I call or text and not get a response. We had a few small issues and He or his guys came out to correct in a timely manner. Well worth the money were were quoted with no hidden or extra cost. Has checked on us 4 times since we were swimming to see if there was anything needed and to make sure we were Happy. That we are ....... I would use Shelby again We get compliments on our pool all the time its Magazine showable

I had to threaten to take him to court to get some of my money back. 2 of his workers called and asked me to join in on the law suite they had against him. He never keeps his promise, never returns phone calls. Work was never completed, but he charged me anyway for admin work. Liner was never ordered either.

Do not hire!! Took close to 1 yr and we still have Lots of problems. Pool was put in too high. Had to add French drains to keep from flooding our porch. Deck is very un level. One side of pool is lower than the other and now our salt generator doesnt work properly. We had to totally change the wiring on pump etc. He does not know what he is doing. DO NOT HIRE.!!!!!

Very easy to talk to if I questioned something he came out to make sure I was satisfied We are enjoying the pool and love tha covered porch that they also built for us. He followed up on all messages left!

I am thankful for the quality and affordable work. We love our pool! Shelby is a small company with only a few installers, but they are diligent to install a beautiful pool well under the price of the competition.

I am a very detailed oriented person and had a list of pool companies I spoke to before making the decision to go with Shelby @ Countryside pools. He offered more than gunite and promised there was not a wait and he could start right away. We gave our $20,000 no refundable deposit on June 16th. We were told we would be swimming Aug. 17th. The ground was not broken and no equip delivered by August 28th. We were told Covid caused shipping hold-ups not to mention they could not find what dock material was stuck on. When materials were finally delivered, workers came on the job approx 15 minutes one day/ week from Sept to date. The decking looks like a 3 yrd old poured it, divots in the pool are not fixed and Shelby dumped leftover concrete in the middle of my yard without permission and without forming it to even look like a driving pad. I have let my husband handle this but when I finally was in tears at the way the end result was looking I said this is not acceptable, the decking needs to be fixed. Shelby stated it looked fine and he was almost done with us. When I realized not only was he not going to fix his sloppy job but he was continuing to do more damage each day he was there, we told him he was done. The remaining 5K is due at the completion of the pool. He asked for 5K 2 weeks ago and, when my husband said **not until it is complete**, he asked for half. Not only do I plan on not paying him the remaining 5K, but I also plan on getting my money back from him, in order to hire someone else to fix the big mess he has created, which **big** is an understatement in this case.He has no integrity he can not do his job he does not do quality work he compulsive lair and differently not worth hiring!

Please research. they will tell u one thing and deliver another if they deliver at all.

This company is a RIP OFF!!! They charge me $600 and told me for labor and Supplies. They replaced 10 boards and left. We had to call them back and the guy came out and fixed it the second time. They used our pre-existing supplies and still charged us for supplies and initially lied and said they bought hardware from Lowe and came back and said they did not. unprofessional.

Do not use them to have a pool installed because they never complete the work on time.

This company is very professional and affordable. I can tell they truly care about their business and they care about your pool.

Hired this contractor for a 4 day project. Its been 4 months n he is still not complete. Has secretary call to schedule show up time then never shows n does not explain why. Do not recomend this company.

The quality of the work was good but the price was way over what I expected for the job that was done. However, they were on time and did what they said they'd do. I am pleased with the work with one small caveat. They did some ceiling work and some the 'paste' they used dropped on the floors, walls, and ceiling light cover which was odd as they were relatively meticulous otherwise.

Satisfied with the work although I thought the cost for the work was higher than I expected.

I hired this company and he took my money and did not do what he was hired to do all he did was flipped the burnt boards over did not replace my door also he didn't replace the burnt wall the he put up used siding that is way lighter so he took me for six hundred dollars. Also I'm disabled and this is a insurance claim and they are not going to be ok with it.so run if Shelby Floyd calls you about a job don't trust him.he needs to give me my money back or do what he was hired to do!!!! Shame on him!!! UPDATE; as of 10/5/2018 we've resolved this matter satisfactorily

They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they were going to and if they were going to be late I always got a call.

Called them to resurface my pool, ended up using Shelby to update all the floors in my house paint entire interior and remove a load bearing wall, - all of which he did a really good job!
