So many issues from start to finish. Stairs not done correctly three times! Two different colors of concrete, concrete breaking off, etc etc etc. Non responsive when tying to fix the issues. Took the money and ghosted.

Very good people to work with. I wasn't in a real big hurry to get my pool liner installed. So due to rain and cold weather there was many weeks before they could start. They called to assure me that they had my liner and we're ready to go to work when the weather broke. They also fixed some things that we hadn't talked about. Great job 👍 and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

John has gone above and beyond to help us getting our pool back in shape. Where others didn't even bother to schedule for an estimate, John was quick to respond and on time, every time. We needed some help with things we wanted to do our selves, John was not afraid to support us and make sure we succeeded so he could do his part right too, and that he did. We are having to rely on recommendations for our business too and don't take these things lightly. Southern Pool repair gets an A1+ from us!

The condition of my pool was not good at all after a hurricane and 2 tropical storms I gave up. They came drained it all cleaned it up covered it and winterized it. I am very thankful for the work that they did I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants their pool cleaned!

Hint, I tipped therm. These guys would fix things underwater in cold weather. Other companies declined until the weather spring. Easy to work with.

This is by far the absolute best contractor to hire for all your pool repair needs, especially replacing your vinyl liner. Johnny and his son Josh did a killer job with no disappointments at all. Unlike other companies they do all the work themselves, no sub-contracting! The cost was HUNDREDS less than anyone else! Highly recommended!
