Matt is very professional and friendly. I needed an appraisal on my home last minute and he was there without issue. He arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable. He was focused, very experienced and completed the appraisal in a timely manner. I received the certified appraisal report a few hours later and was very satisfied. Matt is a licensed and certified appraisal. He gave a great customer service experience and I was able to move forward, knowing the value of my home a few short hours later. His price was also far less then other appraisers I contacted. I highly recommend Matt. You will be very happy with his fast and efficient service.
