Has a minor problem didn’t notice until a hard rain, I called Casey he put me on the schedule right away, and now he’s coming out himself to make sure I’m good. I just had them clean my dryer vent this time but I asked them to check the ducts to see how dirty they are (if I need them done urgently). They did that and explained the situation clearly.
