Blade always came an hour or two later than expected. In a more positive note, the young men were respectful, friendly, and hard working.

Contractor showed up on time for estimate and for doing the work. Excellent quality

I signed a poorly written contract and gave Carlos Kellom a $1,200 check in advance for labor plus loaned him $130 to get his license. No work was ever done. Carlos Kellom has not returned any money. He is very personable and sharp but in my enthusiasm I trusted him. I am suing him and that company. I should have vetted him Instead of looking at photos of work he claimed he had done. Don't be like me and ignore all the red flags. Don't trust him.

Donâ t expect 1st class workmanship. I cleaned up after them every day. Had to explain what I expected as far as workmanship.
