Excellent service

The owner brought 3 girls plus herself to clean my small town home. The girls did not speak English well or at all. Tasks that I thought should be standard were not done. Ex. wiping out soap dishes, moving things in order to dust, putting things back as they found them, leaving mirrors streaked, etc. Perhaps I did not offer enough instruction. Girls left my home, taking my check, but did not say goodbye, nice meeting you, see you next month. Not happy.

I had been without maid service for a time so they did overall cleaning to get me back in shape. Their work was excellent and they confirmed my appointment and actually came early! Great customer service.

This company responded very quickly & after a phone call & a meeting with the owner they were able to start the next day. 5 cleaning people including the owner showed up & in less than 2 hours my house was thoroughly cleaned. I am a clean freak & very particular and I must say that this company lives up to its name! Do hope the level of service continues

Elsi and her team did a great job of cleaning my wood and tile floors, and the baseboards. They even cleaned some woodwork that I hadn't mentioned.

These people went well beyond what was requested. I lived in another state, overnighted the key and they let themselves in. They actually plunged a stopped up toilet and then cleaned it. Wow.
