Franciso Jr. met us at my mother's home, he was on time and provided an estimate. He began the project on time, finished on time, cleared away and cleaned all debris from the yard and street. He was extremely professional and the concrete walkway is exceptional work. I highly recommend this company for any stone, brick, block or stucco work you may need. "Concrete lifting. Highly recommend. A concrete pad on the side of the garage was sinking and had dropped about 16 inches below level grade. I wanted the ground stabilized so that it would not pose a threat to the garage, and I wanted the concrete lifted as much as possible back to level. I did not expect it to be completely made level, but I hoped it would be improved as close as possible to level. Raymond and Mike did an outstanding job! Their customer focus was at the top of their priorities. They set realistic expectations and far exceeded them. They kept me involved in the key decisions all through the day. Each time I went to see their progress I kept being surprised at the level of achievement they had already met. There were problems with our slab being thin and unreinforced but they worked creatively to overcome the issues. I will see what happens with the warranty and how things progress in the future, but my expectations are good. Their word was not full of hype and marketing puffery, but if anything it was understated, realistic, and totally credible so I have a good feeling about the future of their repairs. I already recommended them to a neighbor.."

"Lift It Rite is a local Gainesville Georgia company. This was a professional job, from the estimate to scheduling the job, to completion. They showed up on time and ready to work. Both owners came out. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. I had about a 20-foot section of decking that had sunken below the level of the adjacent concrete. The drop ranged from 1/4 in. in some areas to over 1 inch in one 3 foot section. A serious tripping/fall hazard. They swept up all the concrete dust from the holes they bored that was possible to get. Pumped the foam and raised each area back to the level of the adjacent concrete, cleaning up the foam debris as they went. After raising the concrete, they took a concrete saw and cut the jagged concrete along the original joint line to produce a smooth line. Then they filled that area with a liquid foam like a backer bar, pushed it down into the joint line then smoothed it with a wire wheel once it had dried(One of the other service providers charged an additional fee to seal the joint line). Finally, they sealed the holes they had drilled and did a final cleanup. They did this in 2 hours! And that includes setting up the equipment and putting it all back in the truck. And the price was the most reasonable of the three companies I got estimates from. I will use Lift It Rite if I ever need concrete raised in the future. And I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable.
