"Do not use! We hired out a full home renovation back in March & have nothing good to say. Primary bathroom tile grout has completely washed out in some areas and not sloped to the drain correctly. Causing mildew in each corner of the shower floor. Hardwood floors are not sealed properly all throughout the home. Sheetrock areas have not been sanded in areas previously discussed. Has very poor time management skills, and likes to take days/weeks off at a time in the middle of an ongoing project. The owner Tyler Woodard has been contacted about correcting these issues and does not respond."

"We needed a full renovation of our bathroom in order to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. There are a few options if you miss a stud. You can simply patch the hole with spackle, sand it down, repaint it, and then find the stud—essentially starting over. If you don’t want to do that, you can insert one of the more robust drywall anchor options and hang your item on that, but that will only work if the drywall is in excellent condition and the anchor is rated for the weight of the item you’re hanging on it.
