I am an independent contractor using my skills from many years of performing maintenance repairs. My hourly rate is $35.00 an hour. With bigger jobs, I may have to have a helper to expedite the job which is a higher rate. I have to review the work needing to be done before committing to a job. Our hours of operation are 8-8pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 11-5pm (unless emergency, or deadline schedules). As the sole proprietor of this business I will be responsible for communicating with customers handling critical tasks...and selling, ordering, picking up materials and shipping as needed.
