"George does a great job. Shows up when he says he's going to. I've gotten a lot of excuses and missed appointments from other services so dealing with George has been refreshing. I highly recommend him. He's also got the best prices I've found and I received quotes from more than 10 businesses in the Chattanooga area."

"We hired James and J to pressure wash our driveway and my fathers house and driveway. The team was on time as promised. Our driveway looked as good as new after they completed. My dad’s house had significant mold and dirt in high to reach areas which was no problem for James and his team and equipment. They paid careful attention to the painted decks, doors, windows and electrical sockets. The driveway at my dads house had significant Mold and mildew. My fathers driveway was very dirty and had 20 years of mold and dirt. I felt like it the driveway needed another round of pressure washing and James and Jay was more than happy to come back ( the next day-Sunday) and retreat the driveway. They stayed until the driveway was completely dry and I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire them again. BRAVO!"

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.
